Refund Policy

Can I return my item?

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 15 days from the date you received your item(s).  Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. 

To complete your return, please send an email to delranchowear@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process the store credit. Del Rancho Wear reserves the right to deny a return if the items are worn , damaged,  or altered in any way.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
